We are looking for a Consumer Loyalty Program Senior Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team based in Istanbul. The individual will be responsible for Consumer Royalty Programs Senior Assistant Brand Manager - Beverage and directly report to Senior Brand Manager. Responsibilities Support annual brand and promotion planning for the PepsiCo Beverage portfolio. Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign objectives, timelines and performance tracking. Monitor campaign performance and consumer engagement metrics, preparing regular analysis and reporting. Contribute to the development of creative materials and consumer communication in line with brand identity. Manage agency coordination and budget tracking to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution. Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and consumer participation through data-driven insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s from a university, preferably with analytical majors or heavy with electives 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, Insight or CRM roles Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills Strong Analytical thinker; keen on data analysis, interpretation, computation Creative & curious; not hesitant to challenge status quo, try & break things and start over Excellent Communicator (in English and Turkish); keen and able to move people with their ideas Cross-cultural abilities - able to understand different stakeholders needs, develop aligned plans and work with a positive “make it happen” attitude in harmony Passionate about consumer marketing and brand growth Innovative and entrepreneurial focus, keen interest in brand engagement & loyalty platforms, digital business models and new technology advance
