As a Product Manager within BMO’s Private Bank, you’ll be responsible for shaping and managing consumer lending products tailored to high-net-worth clients.

You’ll lead product lifecycle activities—from strategy and design to performance tracking and enhancement—while ensuring compliance and profitability.

What You’ll Do:

Define and implement product strategies with full P&L accountabilityConduct pricing analysis, forecasting, and competitive benchmarkingMonitor product performance and recommend improvementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align product goals and executionManage vendor relationships and ensure contractual complianceAnalyze customer feedback and market data to guide product decisionsSupport strategic planning, reporting, and change management initiativesDevelop marketing strategies and training materials for sales teamsEnsure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across product lines

What You Bring:

5–7 years of experience in consumer lending or commercial creditStrong knowledge of product design, delivery systems, and policy frameworksExperience in market research, analytics, and product marketingAbility to build business cases and manage cross-functional projectsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and influence skillsDeep understanding of banking regulations and risk management

Salary:

$74,000.00 - $138,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
