We are seeking a proactive and analytical Consumer Insights professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our strategies and understanding consumer behaviors, needs, and motivations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer insights or market research, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies. You will collaborate across teams to influence product development and marketing decisions, ensuring our offerings resonate with consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Execution: Drive the execution of consumer insights strategies within the team and organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Trend Identification: Proactively identify consumer trends and opportunities that support the development of innovative products and services.Data Analysis: Analyze consumer data and market research findings to draw business-relevant conclusions and guide decision-making.Collaboration: Work effectively across internal teams to maximize job impact, ensuring insights are integrated into business plans and product offerings.Influence & Enrollment: Enroll and influence category teams and leadership to act on identified opportunities based on consumer insights.Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.6-8 years of experience in consumer insights or market research, preferably within the consumer goods industry.Proven ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Skills:
Proficiency in Behavioral Sciences and Human Behavioral Analysis.Expertise in Data Analytics and Design of Experiments (DOE).Strong understanding of customer needs and insight development.Exceptional research quality craft and business acumen to translate insights into action.Influencing ability across all organizational levels and with external partners.Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
