We are looking for a Consumer Insights & Analytics Lead who will enable decision makers to act on relevant, timely and actionable insights and information about the consumer and the marketplace through crafting and implementing relevant research projects and driving analysis. This role is based Cairo.

 

More specifically you will:

 

• Design and implement research studies to help the market achieve the business objectives

• Lead the analysis and interpretation of results and present key findings and recommendations

• Drive the market research process through optimizing research briefs, suppliers’ choice, methodologies and analysis to ensure the highest quality from pioneering agencies in a cost-effective manner

• Drive data extraction, analysis and synthesis that focuses on strategic priorities

• Provide comprehensive additional analyses by considering all relevant data from various research studies to improve consumer and market understanding.

• Generate and contextualize consumer and market insights, then translate them into actionable recommendations

• Stay ahead of the latest innovations in market research to ensure the most relevant and advanced methodologies are used to facilitate the collection of actionable consumer and brand knowledge

• Actively seek out concept and project knowledge, findings, and best practices from other markets

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in market research, insights, consumer experience, business intelligence, planning, analytics and/or similar fields

• Good knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools (Power BI, Google Analytics and any other data analytics)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in English both written & spoken
