Primary Job Functions:
1. Creation and execution of Consumer Finance performance decks for leadership, both weekly and monthly.
2. Pull vendor sales KPI performance results, update reporting and assist with analysis for leadership across multiple teams.
3. Partnership with online site team to maintain finance components on ashleyfurniture.com, including but not limited to marketing, application functionality and tracking, and legal compliance.
4. Work closely with finance vendors to ensure legal compliance of national portfolios.
5. Oversee marketing efforts across all finance vendors and their channels.
6. Contribute to brainstorming, consistently monitoring competitive landscape and marketing trends in order to make effective recommendations.
7. Communicate effectively with members of the external finance teams to meet portfolio goals.
8. Establish and maintain effective communication and working relations with internal and external partners in order to manage and develop goals and campaigns.
9. Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
10. Aid Consumer Finance team in overseeing performance of all store locations and assist with any training necessary.
Secondary Job Functions:
1. May be responsible for store assistance and support when necessary.
2. Maintain reliable attendance.
3. Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
4. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent work experience, Required
Experience:
2 year experience in Analytics, Finance, or Marketing Required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Proficient computer skills, with particular expertise in Microsoft Excel, as well as experience with other Microsoft Office applications, Smartsheet, and Power BI
• Knowledge of standard concepts, practice and procedures associated with
online and offline marketing efforts
