We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Experience Lead to join our marketing team who will be fully responsible from the consumer journey of users.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the team's strategy and identify opportunity areas within the consumer journey.Establish annual goals and update them throughout the year using a rolling forecast approach.Oversee all projects within the team, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are executed efficiently.Develop and propose actionable recommendations based on identified opportunities and ensure their implementation and follow-up.Focus on excellence in all tasks within the team, driving high standards and continuous improvement.Regularly present updates and insights to senior management.Regularly update and represent the market in interactions with regional, global, and other market teams.Work collaboratively with all teams to ensure the achievement of all team KPIs, acting as a gatekeeper for performance standards
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.Presentable and professional behavior.Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Turkish and English
