Consumer Experience Acquisition Manager

As we continue to elevate our premium and niche brands, we are looking for a passionate specialist who will co‑design and execute activation strategies that bring our brand vision to life. Join us in developing impactful consumer mechanic programs that drive engagement and deliver on key brand objectives.   Position:

As the Consumer Experience Acquisition Manager, you will:

Support the development of brand activation programs tailored to multiple channels, ensuring strategic alignment Design promotions and consumer mechanics to drive engagement across stores, HoReCa, events and other key touchpoints Collect and analyze program performance data and develop optimization recommendations Support the management of brand ambassador and product expert communities, including onboarding, training and continuous feedback flows Manage retail design, experience and operational set‑ups to ensure state‑of‑the‑art in‑store visibility and consumer interaction Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure all programs are aligned with budgets, timelines and brand objectives   Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields 4-5 years of experience in brand marketing and consumer acquisition for premium or niche brands (preferably in FMCG, automotive or real estate sectors) Proven experience in strategic 360° always‑on marketing management and strategy development, ideally in FMCG, automotive or real estate  Highly analytical, able to assess diverse options and recommend clear business‑driven choices Strong strategic and critical thinking, with solid competence in data interpretation and analytics Ability to simplify complex tasks, remove duplications and drive efficient, high‑impact execution Transparent, inclusive and collaborative working style to elevate team and partner performance Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple fast‑paced initiatives Structured problem‑solving capabilities and change‑management experience Experience in managing and optimizing budgets to meet key objectives Strong commercial acumen Proficiency in branding tools, marketing platforms, analytical software and Microsoft tools Fluent English   What to expect:
