The CE Deployment and Activations Supervisor will manage the execution of Consumer Engagement (CE) initiatives for a specific PMFTC brand portfolio (e.g., Marlboro, Below Premium, or SFP), translating strategic objectives into impactful, locally relevant activations. Oversee a team of channel-focused Executives to ensure activities—whether in Trade, Events, or LAMPS—are executed efficiently, creatively, and in alignment with PMFTC’s brand equity objectives and quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning and Integration
Translate brand strategies into actionable activation plans aligned with PMI standards and local regulations.Coordinate with CC, SFP, Commercial, and Regulatory teams for cohesive execution across channels.Monitor KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations.Operational Management
Manage end-to-end execution of activation plans, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-efficiency.Supervise Executives deploying programs across Trade, Events, or LAMPs, providing guidance to overcome hurdles.Ensure alignment with brand identity and adherence to protocols at all touchpoints.Budget and Inventory Management
Oversee channel-level budgets and ensure responsible resource management.Monitor inventory for promotional materials and coordinate replenishment and vendor transactions.Third-Party Agency Management
Act as liaison with pre-approved agencies and vendors for execution and production needs.Negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards.Team Leadership
Coach and mentor Executives, conduct regular reviews to support performance and capability building.Foster a high-performance team culture focused on brand-building excellence and compliance.Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Analyze and consolidate activation performance data.Provide timely insights and updates to the Manager, highlighting successes, risks, and improvement areas.

Strong experience in consumer engagement, activations, or trade marketing.Excellent project management and leadership skills.Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.Strong analytical and communication skills.Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in marketing.
