Consumer Consultant - Healthcare

KeyBank is launching a new healthcare-focused business line within its Consumer Bank, with a primary focus on serving physicians, dentists and healthcare professionals. We’re looking for a Consumer Consultant to support the performance of our go-to-market business development & partnerships team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn and contribute at the intersection of enablement, marketing execution, and strategic program creation. You’ll work with team members across business development, marketing, partnerships, and product to help streamline how we bring our healthcare financial wellness solution to market and support our teams with the right tools and resources. 

You'll play a critical role in supporting team onboarding, sales content management, tool adoption, and day-to-day program execution that empowers our teams to deliver impactful healthcare financial solutions and drive growth. 

Key Responsibilities

Enablement Support: Assist with enablement initiatives to ensure sales, partner, and banker teams are trained and equipped with the right content, tools, and resources. Help coordinate onboarding sessions and maintain enablement materials. 

GTM Planning & Coordination: Support quarterly planning efforts by gathering and organizing information related to sales targets, territories, and programs. Help keep GTM calendars and documentation up to date. 

Change Management: Help document and communicate changes related to new product rollouts and sales processes. Assist in coordinating training and support resources. 

Differentiation & Messaging: Define and continuously refine our value proposition, messaging framework, and competitive positioning. 

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, partnerships, marketing, product, and business units, to ensure enablement initiatives support and enhance business objectives. Create strong working relationships with the lines of businesses to drive improvements. 

Market Insights: Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform messaging, product positioning, and strategic decisions. 

Influence: Help reinforce a culture of learning and execution by being a reliable partner to team members and contributing ideas in team forums and retrospectives. 

Leadership: This is an individual contributor role, and you’ll work closely with senior team members and learn how to collaborate across departments and influence with a high degree of ownership and accountability.  

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experienceBachelor’s Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience including sales enablement, revenue operations and marketing Demonstrated multiple project management leadership skills; experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale, multi-functional projects from vision through implementation Familiarity with change management and supporting new product rollouts Comfort with enablement tools and maintaining GTM documentation and calendars Superior teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels Demonstrated ability to work effectively with support partners and influence a geographically diverse business development and partnership teams

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $85,000 to $110,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
