**About the Role**
KeyBank is launching a new healthcare-focused business line within its Consumer Bank, with a primary focus on serving physicians, dentists and healthcare professionals. We’re looking for a Consumer Consultant to support the performance of our go-to-market business development & partnerships team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn and contribute at the intersection of enablement, sales operations, and analytics. You’ll work with leaders across business development, partnerships, compliance, operations and product to help drive revenue productivity by optimizing processes, managing tools, and delivering actionable insights through data analysis.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process & Efficiency: Assist in documenting key business development and customer lifecycle processes. Help identify and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
- Data & Insights: Support the team in collecting and organizing performance data across campaigns and engagement activities to build dashboards and reports.
- Policy Enforcement and Compliance: Ensure adherence to risk policy and procedures by collaborating with stakeholders across the organization and leading efforts to monitor compliance with partner-related regulatory requirements.
- Risk and Controls: Focus on mitigating data risk by designing, executing, testing results of controls via well-defined procedures and with the appropriate selection and use of enablement tools.
- Pipeline Support: Help gather and track data for partnership pipeline reviews and business development forecasting processes. Assist with reporting and follow-ups.
- Tech Stack Coordination: Maintain sales tools such as Tableau, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Outreach, and enablement platforms. Support team members with troubleshooting and setup.
- Influence: Help reinforce a culture of learning and execution by being a reliable partner to team members and contributing ideas in team forums and retrospectives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, risk partners, and business units, to ensure enablement initiatives support and enhance business objectives. Create strong working relationships with the lines of businesses to drive improvements.
- Leadership: This is an individual contributor role, and you’ll work closely with senior team members and learn how to collaborate across departments and influence with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
**Qualifications (3-5 years)**
· Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience including operations, analytics, project management
· Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, or similar)
· Experience building dashboards and performance reports
· Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data to generate actionable insights
· Demonstrated multiple project management leadership skills; experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale, multi-functional projects from vision through implementation
· Demonstrated analytical, process management and conceptual skills
· Superior teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $85,000 to $110,000 annually **depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.** Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
