**Introduction** In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. **Your role and responsibilities** * Suporte AMS no módulo SAP SD, com análise e resolução de incidentes. * Monitoramento dos principais processos de vendas e distribuição (ordens, entregas, faturamento, pricing, devoluções). * Ajustes, correções e parametrizações no SD. * Análise de causa raiz e proposição de melhorias contínuas. * Integração com módulos MM, FI, EWM e TM. * Atendimento a usuários e análise de chamados. * Elaboração de documentação funcional/técnica. * Participação em reuniões globais com inglês avançado. * Desejável experiência em S/4HANA (SD simplifications). **Required technical and professional expertise** We are looking for a SAP SD Consultant to work in AMS support, with advanced to fluent English. The role includes incident analysis, monitoring sales and distribution processes, performing system adjustments, and supporting continuous improvements. ------------------------- Responsibilities * Provide AMS support in the SAP SD module, including incident analysis and resolution. * Monitor key Sales & Distribution processes: sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, and returns. * Perform adjustments, corrections, and parameter configurations in SD. * Conduct root cause analysis and propose continuous improvement actions. * Ensure integration with modules such as MM, FI, EWM, and TM. * Support end users and analyze support tickets. * Prepare functional and technical documentation. * Participate in global meetings using advanced English. * (Preferred) Experience with S/4HANA (SD simplifications). ------------------------- Required Experience & Skills * Experience in SAP SD, including AMS support, incident resolution, problem analysis, and continuous improvement. * Strong knowledge of sales processes, billing, pricing, sales orders, deliveries, returns, and integration with related modules (FI, MM, PP). * Ability to perform corrections, adjustments, and parameter configurations in SD. * Experience supporting users, analyzing tickets, and creating functional/technical documentation. * Advanced to fluent English for communication with global teams, meetings, and documentation. * Preferred experience with S/4HANA.
