**Introduction** In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. **Your role and responsibilities** As a SAP Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies. **Required technical and professional expertise** We are seeking a SAP EWM Consultant to work in AMS support, with advanced to fluent English. The professional will be responsible for incident analysis and resolution, monitoring warehouse processes, performing adjustments/configurations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. ------------------------- Responsibilities * Provide AMS support for the SAP EWM module, including incident analysis and resolution. * Monitor key warehouse processes: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory counting. * Perform adjustments, fixes, configurations, and parameterization within SAP EWM. * Conduct root cause analysis and propose continuous improvement actions. * Ensure integration with related modules such as MM, SD, and TM. * Support end users and analyze support tickets. * Prepare technical and functional documentation. * Participate in global meetings and interact with international teams in English. * (Preferred) Experience with S/4HANA Embedded EWM. ------------------------- Professional and Technical Expertise * Solid experience in SAP EWM, AMS support, incident resolution, problem analysis, and continuous improvement. * Strong knowledge of core warehouse processes: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory counting, wave management, tasks, slotting, and integration with MM, SD, and TM. * Ability to perform corrections, adjustments, configurations, and parameterizations in the EWM module. * Experience in user support, ticket analysis, and preparation of technical/functional documentation. * Advanced to fluent English for communication with global teams, meetings, and documentation. * Preferred experience with S/4HANA (Embedded EWM).
