We’re looking for a hands-on Application Support Engineer Lead to join our team! If you’re passionate about solving complex issues, leading teams, and working with C#, Azure, and CI/CD, this is your chance to make an impact. You’ll drive improvements, collaborate across teams, and support critical systems in a dynamic environment. What you'll do: * Act as the technical leader for the application support team. * Provide advanced troubleshooting and identify performance improvements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key decisions. * Implement support strategies and create knowledge base documentation. * Stay current with technologies and best practices. * Lead the NTech Enablement team for SKU Validation using SDN framework (SFI/S360 items). Skills and experiences: * Advanced proficiency in C# and XAML. * Strong experience in IT troubleshooting and engineering support. * Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Azure security concepts. * Proven ability to lead technical teams and make strategic decisions. * Skilled in cross-team collaboration and process improvement. * Ability to document and share solutions for future reference.
