Technology Deployment and Management Service (TDMS) organization is a critical arm of Oracle FLEXCUBE consulting group. TDMS delivers Oracle Technology services for FSGIU product customer, while the applications team focusses on the application customization and setup.
We are looking for a highly capable, self-motivated and independent Infrastructure Technology Lead based in India. Overseeing daily technical operations Analyzing project briefs, requirements and deliverables Liaising with the engineering team for project completion Communicating with the clients to ascertain their needs Checking and updating systems and software on a regular basis Understanding project requirements and developing detailed structure Very strong understanding of current infrastructure concepts with the proven ability to manage servers, virtualization, storage, data center and monitoring. Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate the program objectives and ensure its successful execution. Responsible for service offerings directly to Financial Institution customers as a key focus area where they possess the sales and technical expertise required to conduct all phases of project delivery. Responsible to build and propose transformational services to customers, identify triggers, Identify key IT issues which impact the business and make recommendations to customers. Manages the service delivery within agreed financials/budgets. Periodically track and assess the managed services risks and develop plans to mitigate them. Responsible for overall managed service delivery and SLA Compliance. High degree of commitment and goal orientation is a must and must be willing to adjust to the demands of a dynamic environment. Manage 24/7 production environment support (L1 and L2) teams ensuring all production issues are resolved quickly. Core Strength - Program Delivery Management, IT Infrastructure outsourcing, ITIL Knowledge, People management, Contract and Financial management Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain performance issues or risks. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends. Understanding of Cloud architecture Cloud security compliance Capacity planning and cost optimization Cloud disaster recovery and business continuity Ownership of team training and certificationSkills & Requirements
18+ years of experience in overall managed service delivery Creating pricing estimates, including TCOs Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills to connect with customers and employees at varying levels of the organization. Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little or no direct supervision. Flexible and Agile Comfortable with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across countries and time zones. Leadership & team management Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science is preferred. Candidate should have developed new accounts and managed existing accounts and have the capability to translate the customer business issues into requirements. Candidate should have managed large conglomerates and global customers and must have engaged CXO / CIO.
