About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions for client engagements. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with people and delivery management skills to translate business requirements into robust, scalable implementations, mentor a development team, and act as a trusted technical point of contact for clients.
What Will You Do
Lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions in alignment with the agreed technical architecture; translate business and functional requirements into detailed solution designs.
Collaborate with the Technical Architect and Functional Lead to ensure designs follow Salesforce and industry best practices; propose alternatives where appropriate to optimize outcomes.
Serve as the primary day-to-day technical liaison with client technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of design decisions, risks and trade-offs.
Manage the development cadence: assign work, set expectations, review deliverables, and provide hands-on mentorship tailored to each developer’s experience level.
Oversee workload distribution, delivery timelines and quality across the development team; proactively identify and escalate critical design changes or delivery challenges to the Technical Architect and engagement leadership.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to planning, design, coding and review activities to maintain velocity and quality.
Ensure adherence to release management processes, code quality standards, automated testing and deployment practices.
About You
You are likely a good fit with the following key attributes:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably within a consulting environment.
Proven experience designing, building and deploying Salesforce applications, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative configuration, integrations (APIs), data migration and security considerations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices for customization, and deployment processes (CI/CD, source control, managed/unmanaged packages).
Experience developing customer-facing interfaces and translating business requirements into technical solutions that meet CRM needs.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage competing priorities, and resolve complex software and application issues.
Comfortable working in multicultural teams and in client-facing roles; flexible to work onsite and/or in a hybrid model.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Architect-related) or equivalent industry certifications.
Desirable
Experience with enterprise integration patterns, middleware platforms, and automated testing frameworks.
Prior consulting experience delivering enterprise CRM programs.
