We are looking for a dedicated Consulting Information Protection Analyst like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Consulting Information Protection Analyst leads Identity Engagement initiatives related to credentialed and non-privileged practitioners (e.g. LIPs, APPs). In consultation with Information Protection & Security business owner, Medical Staff Services, Parallon Corporate Credentialing and Division and Corporate stakeholders, this individual identifies opportunities to transform Information Protection and Security/Identity Engagement strategies into solutions that are compliant with regulatory and accreditation requirements as well as HCA Healthcare policy. This analyst supports design and implementation of safeguards related to the approval, setup, modification, removal, and overall management of practitioner access to Company data and information systems. This person performs data analysis and develops meaningful, actionable metrics to support ongoing data integrity monitoring and corrective action plans. **Major Responsibilities:** •Lead the identification, development, and documentation of standard operating procedures for creating, modifying, and maintaining Practitioner profiles/records in each of the EHR platforms to enable compliance with the Ethics and Compliance Policy Licensure and Certification, COG PPA •Lead efforts to maintain the integrity of practitioner centric (e.g. licensure, privileges) data in each of the EHR platforms through education, resource development and metric reporting. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on an enterprise wide scale to develop detailed business requirements, work processes, use cases, user interface designs, and/or preliminary data models. •Establish and maintain compliance driven metrics to monitor physician centric data quality in the EHRs. •Provide guidance to Product/Business Analysts to facilitate increased automation of identity and account management processes to: Drive improved identity demographics (i.e. NPI, licensure, DEA, privileges), Drive improved access management safeguards (i.e. ePrescribing, co-signature), Increase practitioner satisfaction through timely setup and/or modification of access, and Remove user access timely to protect patient and company interests. •Leverage knowledge of identity and access technologies to provide identity engagement guidance and requirements to Product/Project teams and ITG teams (e.g. Identity & Access, EHR Clinical Analysts, Physician Services) to drive implementation and adoption of standardized operating procedures related to practitioner data and access. •Collaborate with Parallon Corporate Credentialing and the Credentialing Processing Centers (CPCs) to integrate newly acquired facilities/medical staffs into HCA Healthcare to include practitioner onboarding and development of standard operating procedures for Medical Staff Services that align with COG.PPA.002. **Education & Experience:** •Bachelor's degree required/Master's degree preferred •7+ years of experience in similar field required •Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues •Excellent data analysis skills •Strong organizational and problem solving skills •Division/Facility experience related to knowledge of HCA information systems (e.g., MEDITECH/EHR, PatientKeeper, ePrescribing vendors) and identity and access management technologies (e.g., electronic Security Access Form (eSAF), Active Directory (AD)). **HCA Healthcare (Corporate)** , based in Nashville, Tennessee, supports a variety of corporate roles from business operations to administrative positions.
