A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, math, accounting, or HR preferred, fresh graduates are welcomeStrong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation designExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsIntellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skillsAbility to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needsSuperior organizational skills and strong attention to detailHaving past experience in HR or consulting or business development is a plus
