**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Solution Representative, you will develop integrated solutions that address clients' business needs and deliver client value while supporting IBM business strategies. This role is responsible for driving business growth and supporting strategic initiatives within IBM Consulting. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Develop Integrated Solutions: Develop comprehensive solutions that address clients' industry and business needs, delivering value to clients while aligning with IBM business strategies.
• Drive Client Value: Identify opportunities to drive business growth and deliver client value through innovative solutions and services.
• Support Business Strategies: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions align with and support IBM business strategies and initiatives. • Deliver Client-Facing Solutions: Engage with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Foster Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
This role can be worked from anywhere in the US
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• Deep Expertise in Solution Development: Proven ability to develop comprehensive solutions that address clients' industry and business needs, delivering value to clients while aligning with business strategies.
• Experience with Client Value Delivery: Successful track record of identifying opportunities to drive business growth and deliver client value through innovative solutions and services.
• Strategic Business Alignment: Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions align with and support business strategies and initiatives.
• Client-Facing Solution Delivery: Proven ability to engage with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with internal teams to develop and deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry trends and business needs, with the ability to develop solutions that address these needs and deliver client value.
• Business Strategy Alignment: Experience with aligning solutions with business strategies and initiatives, driving business growth and delivering client value through innovative solutions and services.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
