The opportunity:

EY Business Consulting is expanding our Microsoft Dynamics 365 capability, and we are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about driving digital transformation for leading organizations across industries.

As a Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will help clients design, implement, and optimize solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. You will play a key role in delivering CRM‑focused engagements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and supporting integrations with surrounding systems.

 

Your key responsibilities:

Work with clients from various industries to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business needs. Provide functional and/or technical expertise across D365 modules, helping clients leverage the full value of the platform. Support project teams in defining solution architecture, including D365 capabilities, system integrations, data flows, and related components. Contribute to workshops, requirement analysis, process design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Explore opportunities for custom solutions and broader Microsoft‑ecosystem alternatives where appropriate (e.g., Power Platform, Azure services, ISV solutions). Strengthen client relationships through domain knowledge, communication, and problem‑solving. Contribute to new opportunities and proposals as EY continues to grow as a top-tier Microsoft global partner.

Essential Qualifications:

8-10 years of overall IT or Solution Architecture experience, including enterprise solution design, integration patterns, and end-to-end delivery of large-scale business systems. 5-8 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE experience, covering configuration, customization, solution design, and implementation across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service. Strong business process knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles across industries — including lead management, opportunity management, quotations, order capture, service requests, after‑sales support, customer lifecycle, and revenue-related workflows — and ability to map these processes onto D365 CE capabilities. Experience working with customer engagement and service-oriented industries where O2C plays a critical role, leveraging D365 CE modules to enable sales cycles, service delivery, customer onboarding, case management, or field service operations. Strong working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and integration technologies such as REST APIs and Azure services. Demonstrated capability to lead requirement workshops, translate business needs into scalable D365 CE architecture, and provide advisory-level insights to business stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
