Grow Here.** We have an exciting opportunity for a Stakeholder Engagement Consultant to join our growing Stakeholder Engagement, Consultation and Communications team in Cardiff. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering complex projects across Wales and beyond, and who can support effective communications and engagement with a wide range of audiences to support. Here’s what you’ll do: **Communications:** + Support the development of communications strategy and delivery plans for major infrastructure projects, including Infrastructure Consent projects and DCOs + Developing themes, core messages and collateral for multiple audiences and stakeholders, including digital users, the media, local communities, statutory bodies, technical groups, and elected representatives + Identifying creative ways to communicate complex ideas to a wide audience + Managing communications channels and engaging directly with local communities **Engagement and consultation:** + Identifying and mapping key stakeholders for client projects, and establishing an engagement strategy and delivery plans + Supporting consultation delivery, developing surveys, managing stakeholder feedback channels and analysing consultation responses + Planning and delivery of events, both physical and virtual, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all attendees, delivering logistics, developing tailored materials, developing Q&As and briefing colleagues **Client relations:** + Liaising with internal and external clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and ensuring accurate, timely reporting **Business development:** + Helping to support our growth in Wales through networking and opportunity scanning Does this sound like something you can do, and do well? Os felly, darllenwch ymlaen... **Qualifications** **Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?** _Here’s what we’re looking for_ + You have experience working with in the communications or public affairs sector, or in a relevant role within the infrastructure sector, in Wales. + You have a strong interest in industry sectors relevant to our business (e.g. infrastructure, transport, energy, water, residential development, commercial development), and are confident engaging a variety of audiences and stakeholder groups. + You have a keen interest in the Welsh political landscape and an understanding of the Welsh planning system. + Fluency in Welsh (written and spoken) would be preferable + You’re proactive and ambitious, work well both alone and in a team, and can bring about new ideas on engagement. + You have great personal communication skills, are culturally aware, and have a strong focus on inclusion and accessibility.
