We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant in Workday Integration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying Workday integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between systems. This role is critical in supporting our HR and payroll functions, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders), BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools), and RaaS (Reports as a Service).

Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with functional subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for integration solutions.

Issue Resolution: Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

Change Management: Manage change requests, conduct impact analysis for global configuration changes, and oversee the deployment of updates to existing integrations.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, including design specifications, testing protocols, and operational procedures.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, HR stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure effective delivery and maintenance of integrations.

Compliance and Audit: Ensure all integrations comply with global data privacy regulations and internal audit standards, collaborating with compliance teams as necessary.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance integration efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in Workday integration development, preferably in a global organization or consultancy.

Strong knowledge of Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) and payroll processes.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).

Experience with middleware technologies and SaaS/PaaS architectures.

Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards.

Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Integration Certified, Workday HCM Certified).

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Knowledge of HR best practices and processes.
