What the day will look like
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for executing talent attraction strategies aligned with business objectives across the LATAM region. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and ensure inclusive, efficient, and candidate-centric selection processes
+ Execute recruitment strategies for both key and high-volume positions in LATAM
+ Act as a consultant to business leaders, helping define performance profiles
+ Oversee end-to-end selection processes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and a positive candidate experience
+ Implement automation and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, ATS)
+ Promote employer branding and inclusive recruitment practices
+ Conduct market mapping and analyze talent trends in the region

+ University degree in administrative or related fields
+ 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection
+ Proven experience in recruiting for technical, managerial, and commercial roles within the insurance and reinsurance industry.
+ Experience in regional and multicultural processes (LATAM)
+ Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, Power BI, Monday.com.
+ Advanced English (spoken and written)
+ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
+ Agile mindset, results-oriented, and people-centered.
+ Focus on proactive recruitment methodologies, employer branding, and digital attraction strategies, combined with a deep understanding of labor, cultural, and regulatory dynamics specific to each country in the region
