We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofConsultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

Work closely with Global team members – as SME for Venafi Product and processes held by Cryptographic services
Identify gaps in processes and escalate them accordinglyIdentify risks of changes and propose mitigationLead the process of change implementation closely working with Vendors’ support and Global Internal teamsWork on continuous data enhancement qualityPrepare reports from multiple sources to identify problems or track progressAct as first line of escalation for other team membersWork with end users to help build solutions for non-standard queriesRespond in timely manner on urgent production issues that require Cryptographic services assistanceEngage with business functions to help them understand the SSH/TLS key remediation process and support progressImplement Change Management control in support of tasksTroubleshoot certificates’ generation problems and connection issues between Venafi TPP and target serversSupport team members
