We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consulatant Specialist

In this role, you will:

Main activities Perform regular system maintenance; including Incident solving; Change implementation; Patch management; Analyze/solve performance and security issues Complex backup scheduling maintenance also includes helping solve complex problems related to operating system; databases; middleware or applications teamsTroubleshoot backup failure issues on daily basis for Oracle, VMware, Filesystem.Checking and helping end users for Oracle restore failures.Supporting change requests for backup infrastructure.Coordinating with vendors for various software and hardware issues till resolution.Participating in Crisis calls, problem management calls and escalated issues.Analysing backup failure trends, generating automation ideas for fixing those trendsTroubleshooting CommVault backup failures for IntelliSnap and Oracle backupsTroubleshooting Datadomain, NetBackup Appliance and HyperScale issues..
