We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
Business Area/Department: CTO EI/DC
In this role, you will:
Troubleshoot Incident tickets (in a 247 support environment) raised by consumers while they consume the automation services which are built-up using Mule/Kong APIs, Ansible and Puppet as some of the major components.
Must have an SRE mindset to deep dive into the issues and ensuring that the same issue never re-appears again.
Work with engineering teams and other relevant API owners to identify potential defects/bugs and enhancements in the automation services and ensuring the timely resolution of the same.
Perform end-end testing of automation services before they are provided to consumers.
Provide on-call support to the internal teams and customers in terms of troubleshooting and fixing issues seen, while the automation services are being consumed by the customers.
Analyze the Incident data and identify the pattern of failures/issues and take corrective actions as per the analysis.
