Principal responsibilities

Requirement analysis: Analyze the requirements.Design: Develop / review the technical design.Coding: Analyze and develop code as per specifications.Reviews: Conduct review of design/code/test plan and test resultsTesting: Prepare unit / system test plans, Conduct unit testing and system integration testing.Support: Provide post development support.Customer delight: Ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded under all circumstances. This would imply the following:• Shouldering responsibility diligently and delivering quality output within the defined schedule and service levels• Adhering to world-class process standards such as Capability Maturity Model – Integrated (CMM-I), RBPM, SDLC.• Understanding the client’s requirement and translating it to the project teamDay to day maintenance and support of the applicationProvide support documentationProvide Quantitative Analysis on all work products
