Principal responsibilities

Provide level 2 support to the application.Perform trouble shooting, problem investigation of the application.Works with development team to develop a fix to the application.Produce MI statistic to senior stakeholders to ensure full transparency of the issue for taking necessary action to remediate problem.Perform quick identification of issue, working close with Product support team to resolve business enquiry.Strong knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform (Powerapps, Dataverse, Power BI) is preferred.Knowledge in workflow, commercial banking is preferred.
