Principal responsibilities
Work with Global product managers maintain the supply/demand planning to ensure the execution feasibility Work as part of Card engineering team with responsibility for CTB (Change the bank) project delivery or ongoing RTB support areas.Collaborate with Global credit card domain SME to understand feedback for the established development best practice design/development principlesWork with Credit cards solution architects/SME to review end-to-end technical design to ensure the design qualityLead engineers/developers to work on project delivery including the development deployment with good quality on scheduleReview/Ensure the technical design/code structure is technically coherent and future proof and compliance with technology standards and regulatory obligationsIdentify any issues that may arise to delivery risk, formulate preventive actions or corrective measures and timely escalate major project risks issues to senior managementProvide professional consultancy/support immediately for application teams’ queries/requests including the resource estimationProvide support to help on the whole card team productivity improvement including the DevOps/Agile strengthen and automation improvement within pipelinesProvide support to regular FF to maintain the stable system servicesSome careers have more impact than others.
