· Collaborate with stakeholders to align service goals with business objectives.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
· Lead a team of service engineers, administrators, and support staff.
· Set clear goals, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
· Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
3. Service Design and Implementation:
· Work closely with architects and engineers to design and implement services.
· Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection regulations, and industry best practices.
· Oversee service deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
4. Incident Management and Troubleshooting:
· Coordinate incident response efforts during service disruptions.
· Investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
· Maintain incident documentation and post-incident reviews.
5. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
· Collaborate with vendors and external partners to optimize service delivery.
· Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
· Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
· Identify opportunities for service enhancement, cost optimization, and process streamlining.
