Understanding business initiatives through regular interactions with product owner, business users and development managers.Manage 3rd-party software development cycle.Work closely with local and global development teams in overall solution design and technical design activities.Deliver high-quality Java server-side software solution in a timely fashion.Provide bug fixing as needed throughout the project lifecycle.University graduate with working experience in software development, ideally multi-tier / real time applications.Strong knowledge of Java server-side.Strong communications skills and capable of stakeholder management.Strong problem solving skills.Capable to transform the business requirement into development spec.Strong knowledge and comprehensive experience on development of micro-services.Strong knowledge of SQL / SQL tuning.Fluent in both oral and written English.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.Ability to learn fast and rapidly assimilate new business requirements.Disciplined approach, able to follow process and suggest improvements where necessary.
