We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Team Leader.
In this role, you will:
Collaborating with HR product owners, HR Technology Agile Lead and/or Scrum Master to deliver the People Capability (Learning Talent) product backlog – involved in end-to-end change management including requirements gathering, analysis, design and test automation.Driving quality assurance automation ensuring that the test strategy also considers the test data, environments, and non-functional testing relevant for Products/Services.Develop functional test documents for the applications including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases/Scripts and Automation test suite using enterprise framework TOSCA.Build relationships beyond teams and seek out new ways of improvement.Implement all test activities including Functional tests, Platform upgrades, API test, UI Tests (Browser and Mobile), Performance test, Accessibility Test etc.) adhering to the Global Test Strategy.Capturing, analysing and documenting business process and requirementsParticipating in the designing of solutions to address business requirementsDelivering SuccessFactors, Talent Markeplace and Degreed solutions, using out of the box configuration and/or code frameworks e.g. system config, scripts, rules, workflow, security rulesWriting custom reports and building bespoke notifications in SuccessFactors Learning.Aligning with HSBC development standards and good practice guidance, including Agile delivery and Release Management controlsWriting appropriate functional and technical documentation for all deliveryEnsuring alignment with HSBC standards, governance and documentation requirementsSome careers shine brighter than others.

Experience of working in virtual, geographically dispersed locations and timezonesExperience of core IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Release ManagementExperience of producing functional and technical specifications and documentationExperience of SaaS software and working with software vendors to keep abreast of developments, releases and roadmapsSQL and HTML skills, in context of SucessFactors notifications and reporting builds.Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skillsStrong Interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skillsYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.
