Responsibilities\nManage and design supply chain solutions for the DHL Fulfillment Network (DFN) in India.\nDevelop and implement warehouse process designs tailored to sector-specific requirements.\nCreate customized solutions for the Technology, Automotive, Retail, and Omni-channel sectors.\nSupport the complete solution lifecycle from concept to implementation and operational handover.\nDevelop process flows, warehouse layouts, and optimized material flow strategies.\nDesign and validate warehouse processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Manhattan and SAP.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Finance, Business Development etc..\nPrepare detailed solution proposals and functional design documentation for new business opportunities.\nDevelop cost models, resource plans, and space utilization models based on client and operational requirements.\nConduct feasibility assessments for new projects including process simulation and throughput analysis.\nProvide project implementation support during transition and go-live phases.\nCoordinate with IT teams for WMS configurations and process mapping during solution deployment.\nEvaluate and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.\nAct as subject matter expert (SME) for technology and process digitalization initiatives within the India North region.\nLead efforts in accelerated digitalization — gathering, evaluating, and deploying automation and digital process solutions.\nConduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide guidance to peers and new team members on solution design methodologies.\nEnsure all solutions are aligned with DHL global design standards, compliance, and safety requirements.\nEngage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into executable designs.\nSupport sustainability and innovation initiatives within the solution design function.\nMaintain a strong understanding of logistics trends, digital tools, and emerging technologies in warehouse operations.\nRequirements\nExperience: 7+ years\nMust have Solutions Design experience in Retail, Consumer and Technology.\nPossess knowledge of Warehouse automation.\nQualification: BE + MBA is preferred\n
