Position Purpose:

Provides high quality, timely development and on-time input to client solutions for the healthcare industries. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions to leading small teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

                                                                                                                

Under direct supervision, assists with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and the development of proposals of cost-effective solutions.Assists Project manager & Engagement Managers in developing detailed documentation and specifications.Under close supervision, performs basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.Assists in design and structures of presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.Proactively develops a basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the healthcare market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.Business Development: Identification and development of work opportunities, client requirement analysis, development of EoI/proposals, client presentations, etc.

Eligibility criteria and requirements:

Master’s in Public Health / Health Administration / Social Sciences / Business Administration/ Economics/ Public Policy / international development, etcGraduation: Any (MBBS/BHMS is desirable)Should have relevant experience of 3-5 years working for a governmental, intergovernmental and/or non-governmental organization in health sectorOpen to work across different countries within Middle EastShould have a flair for business development through proposal / grant writingPrior consulting / advisory experience in public health sector in Middle East is a preferenceExcellent understanding of health sector, public health structure, multi-laterals and health programs in Saudi Arabia and Middle Eastern regionExcellent report writing and PowerPoint development skillsWillingness to travel and adaptability to changeKnowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to one’s functional area.Language: Excellent English and Arabic speaking and writing
