**Job Summary**   We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of projects in our emerging data collection, respondent recruitment, and research services business. The ideal candidate will have a background in market research principles, excellent project management, and communication skills, and employ critical thinking as a foundation in their work. IQVIA’s data collection and research services business relies on creating strong intra-personal relationships from individual contributors. Using IQVIA’s healthcare provider network and vertically integrated delivery, the Consultant will be responsible for end to end delivery of projects involving data collection, managing teams sideways and creating fit-for-purpose project plans. + Lead the delivery of multiple projects, often global in nature, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. + Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. + Create project and product specific KPIs to monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure successful completion. + Facilitate regular project meetings, providingupdates progress and managing torisks, and issues developing mitigation strategies and solutions. + Proactively manage project timelines and day-to-day communication with the client and team members. + Provide follow-up with clients after project deliverables have been completed to ensure client satisfaction. + Design, structure, and deliver client reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience. + Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. + Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions. + Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems. + Assist with scoping and pricing projects as input for proposals.   **Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements:** + Bachelors degree, MPH preferred + Native or bilingual in English, both written and verbal + Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel. + Strong analytical mindset + Knowledge of relational data is preferred + Highly organized and efficient with experience in working accurately with tight deadlines. + Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work in a multitasked and highly matrixed environment. + Knowledgeable about the US healthcare market + Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
