We are now seeking a bright and ambitious individual to strengthen the growth of business in the Paris team as a Talent & Transformation Senior Consultant.

We will count on you to :

Client engagement and Project Management: Lead small to mid-sized client consulting engagements across Talent Management, Organization Design, Job Redesign, Skills and Workforce Transformation. Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure high quality delivery.Deliver on multiple client deliverables simultaneously.

Data Analysis: Identify problems with the right diagnosis and help shape solutions for client problems across the work areas. Collecting, cleaning, and analysing data from various sources including the clients internal data, Mercer proprietary data, and external sources to produce recommendations, presentations, insights

Business Development: Supporting Senior team members in the development of proposals, shaping solution frameworks, and pitch presentations. Nurture upselling/ cross-selling client opportunities.

Thought Leadership/ Solution Development:Developing 1-2 core areas of expertise within our People advisory offerings. Supporting the creation of POVs, white papers, etc.

What you need to have :

5+ years of experience in HR consulting across Talent Management, Organization Design, Job Redesign, Skills, Workforce Transformation and Assessments.Prior experience in supporting consulting and/or services sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong project management skills and ability to handle projects independently.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable strategies.Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
