We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Consultant - Compensation Consulting
In this role, you will support the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs, gaining valuable experience in compensation strategy, market analysis, and data management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in human compensation consulting.
We will count on you to:
Assist in conducting market research and salary surveys to support competitive compensation strategies.Support the analysis of compensation data to identify trends and insights.Help prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.Support the administration of compensation programs, including job evaluations and salary structure updates.Collaborate with team members on various compensation projects and initiatives.Maintain accurate and organized compensation data and documentation.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Support Consultants in creating proposals for prospective clients; Interact with clients for preliminary information.Stay updated on industry best practices and compensation trends.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).What makes you stand out:
