ADP is hiring! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Consultant Beyond Payroll in Spanish to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do: Social Security Operations (Spain) Manage and process Social Security requests for Spanish clients. Prepare and submit declarations for: Sick leave, accidents, maternity/paternity leave. Employee transfers (company/branch), suspensions, retirements. Strikes and hiring/termination events. Generate and send debt certificates and employee reports (weekly/monthly). Handle shift changes (part-time/full-time) and working time updates. Resolve complex cases using SAP related to Spanish Social Security. RPA Controller Responsibilities Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of automation robots. Maintain and update Process Definition Documents (PDD). Liaise with the RPA support team in India for troubleshooting. Client-Facing Engagement Internal: Collaborate with Tier 2 support and RPA teams. External: Own end-to-end client interactions and coordinate with Spanish Social Security organizations. What You Bring: Fluency in Spanish and English. Strong knowledge of Spanish Social Security regulations and procedures. Experience with SAP and RPA tools is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
