The Team Enterprise Operations as a Service provides multi-year managed service contracts to support enterprise technology investments and key business processes. We ensure continuous modernization and transformative business changes through five key services: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, and Finance Operations. Work You'll Do This role leverages your comprehensive understanding of Go-to-Market strategies and operational excellence. While the following outlines key responsibilities, each project and pursuit will offer unique opportunities to enhance and expand Go-To-Market capabilities.
Illustrative activities include:
Strategic Engagement & Pursuit Management Engage with Senior Leaders: Conduct discussions with pursuit leaders to identify and articulate Go-to-Market opportunities, showcasing how tailored strategies can drive significant business value. End-to-End Pursuit Management: Lead and manage pursuit activities, including daily calls, timelines, content reviews, and follow-ups with section owners to ensure efficient and effective pursuit processes. Content Development: Provide and update OP-specific standard and tailored pursuit content, ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends and client requirements. Proposal & Orals Support: Develop and maintain qualification materials, respond to RFIs, and support oral presentations, including coordination of client visits/labsOperational Excellence & Knowledge Management Playbook & Self-Help Management: Create and manage pursuit playbooks and self-help guidelines to empower pursuit teams to operate independently and effectively. Sales Content Management: Support the management of OP sales content and maintain a repository of sales excellence resources, including accolades, tools, and accelerators. Content Enhancement: Collect and curate prior pursuit materials to enhance standard content, ensuring best-in-class resources are available for pursuit teams. Special Projects & Innovation: Support additional operations and projects led by Operate SELs Innovative Solution Collaboration: Collaborate on the development and implementation of innovative solutions to bolster the future capabilities of the GTM practice, including testing Gen AI Tools for Content development Required Qualifications 1+ years Consulting experience executing Projects or Pursuits within the Operate Practice Experience with standard proposal development processes, including responding to RFIs, preparing qualification materials, and supporting oral presentationsExperience managing end-to-end pursuit processes, including coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverable qualityBachelor’s DegreeAbility to travel up to 30% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred Qualifications Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively with senior leadersRecruiting for this role ends on July 7, 2025
