Job Overview The GHSE Solutions Lead is a GSTEMS subject matter expert for Global Health, Safety, and Environment (GHSE). This role leads the integration of management system processes, data, and report building within GSTEMS. Responsibilities include developing and delivering training, providing end-user support, collaborating on system requirements, and managing system security. The role also contributes to data analysis, report generation, and maintenance of GHSE-related SharePoint sites. Function Overview The GIC Supply Chain team manages end-to-end operations, encompassing planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and analytics. They strategically plan to meet market demands, optimize sourcing, ensure efficient production, and oversee the seamless movement of goods from production to delivery. The team employs advanced analytics throughout these processes, fostering adaptability and operational excellence. This collaborative approach ensures a well-coordinated supply chain that aligns with both organizational goals and dynamic market conditions. For more details about the Function please visit this Link Key Responsibilities: Serve as the GSTEMS subject matter expert, guiding the integration of management system processes, data, and reporting for GHSE. Develop and implement training programs for GHSE team members, leaders, plant staff, and new locations integrating into General Mills' systems. Provide ongoing support and problem-solving for GSTEMS end-users. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define system implementation requirements. Recommend and collaborate with Intelex and Digital Technology teams to identify and implement GSTEMS system improvements and enhancements. Partner with the Business Process Management (BPM) team to develop and maintain GHSE metrics within RUN dashboards. Communicate system changes effectively to users with varying levels of technical expertise. Manage GHSE security system protocols, including adjusting access levels. Lead the relationship with Intelex Exchange for issue resolution. Develop reports and dashboards for GHSE and General Mills locations. Support system testing for upgrades and enhancements. Ensure quality assurance through test script creation and execution. Collaborate with developers to ensure delivered products meet requirements and provide a strong user experience. Manage data import processes and updates to regulatory requirements. Assemble corporate injury metrics for reporting. Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations. Provide data support for corporate and external reports. Lead SharePoint oversight for go/GHSE, go/injury, and go/policy (GHSE section). Coordinate a global calendar for standard updates, working closely with global standard owners to ensure timely and accurate revisions. Special Note: This role provides system, data, and reporting support for Global Security incident reporting process and Sourcing Sustainability Team data entry and reporting needs. Minimum Qualification Bachelor's degree in a technical field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel (charts, pivot tables). Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to system mastery. Highly organized with a focus on process improvement and customer service. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise-level software platforms SQL, Python, Power BI, data visualization platforms knowledge and skills Experience with creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, including customizing layouts, web parts, navigation and permissions. Intelex Platform Knowledge Basic understanding of IT security principles, such as access control, data encryption, and vulnerability management, would be beneficial. Base knowledge of safety and environment profession.
