Client acquisition and revenue ownership role focused on selling executive search mandates in Treasury, Capital Markets, Banking and FinTech.
This is a front-end role. You engage senior finance decision-makers, win mandates, and close deals in a high-value niche.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition• Identify and approach CFOs, Treasury Heads, Finance Directors and founders
• Pitch executive search solutions in Treasury, Capital Markets and FinTech
• Convert cold outreach into signed mandates
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Work on high-margin, specialist hiring assignments
• Track pipeline, closures, and revenue targets
• Develop working knowledge of Treasury, Capital Markets and Finance roles
• Understand client structures, hiring triggers, and role context
• Position Antal as a specialist search partner, not a CV vendor
• Work closely with research and delivery teams
• Ensure smooth handover of mandates and role clarity
• Support closure discussions and commercial negotiations
• Minimum 1 year in Sales, BD, Recruitment Sales, or Client Acquisition
• Exposure to BFSI or Finance clients is an advantage
• Strong spoken English. Senior-level conversations.
• Comfortable with cold calling and revenue pressure
• Clear articulation and persuasive communication
