**_What Strategic Planning & Execution contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Strategy is responsible for leadership, direction and expertise in the development of business strategy, strategic management disciplines and business analytics that support the company's mission vision and valuation objectives, in close collaboration with business leaders.
Strategic Planning & Execution is responsible for developing and supporting the realization of strategic plans and management agendas.
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Establish, build and maintain key relationships, including cross functional teams; works across organizations to accomplish goals
+ Perform detailed data and business process analysis to identify opportunities, assess readiness, and create proposals with business partners
+ Partner across functions to identify opportunities to standardize processes, develop new and consistent ways of working across sites and geographies
+ Drive value realization for in scope functions including right-shoring, automation, and process improvement
+ Perform ad-hoc analysis and analytical problem solving that provides meaningful insights; presents analysis in a concise and actionable way
+ Develop business cases/financial models for cross-functional strategic projects. Track value realization and analyze variances for key initiatives
+ Proactively seeks out area of process improvement and provides proposal for implementation
**_Qualifications_**
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ 3-5 years of experience, preferred
+ Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience, preferred
+ Strong command of MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
+ Flexible and adaptable; must demonstrate good judgment, tact, discretion, and diplomacy in decision-making authority
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions, business partners and processes
+ Proven ability to effectively prioritize; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and conclude a project
+ Excellent presentation and communication skills

+ Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
+ May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
+ Works on complex projects of large scope
+ Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
+ Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
+ Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
+ Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
+ May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
**Anticipated salary range:** $80,900 - $115,500
