The Sales Force Effectiveness Center of Excellence delivers on the full range of commercial sales operations engagements including flexible incentive compensation (IC) solutions that drive revenue and support our clients’ sales teams in maintaining focus and high engagement. IQVIA delivers solutions with a mix of service and technology to help our clients design incentive compensation plans, set and manage quotas, and build and manage sales incentive plans.
Position Overview
Provides excellent quality in client support while developing and executing incentive compensation engagements across multiple clients. Ensures on-time and accurate results by combining software implementation, business analytics, and IC domain knowledge. Supports strengthening our client base through outstanding delivery.
Essential Functions
Leads large and complex incentive compensation and field operations consulting engagements.Acts as supporting client contact and coordinates multiple internal and external resources.Drives large-scale, multi-country technology implementations.Delivers strategic client and segment agenda and executes on account planning to support achievement of financial and non-financial targets.Deepens strategic client relationships within designated accounts.Provides coaching and direction to the team’s Analysts and Consultants across multiple projects.Collaborates closely with team leads and principal stakeholders to deliver to scope.Leads review and analysis of client requirements and supports estimates and proposals development to ensure profitable and high client satisfaction engagements.Develops detailed project plans with timelines and leads projects to successful completion, on-time and on-budget, from start to finish with minimal guidance.Maintains a database of intelligence on competitor activity and strategy within the account.Develops and/or elevates new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads.Communicates with client after project deliverable have been completed to ensure client satisfaction.Strengthens subject matter expertise through on-the-job experience, training, and other forums for professional knowledge sharing.Participates in and/or leads internal projects to an impactful conclusion.Provides regular cadence with all aligned members of the customer/segment account.Qualifications
Strong academic track record including minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant graduate degree preferred.At least 5 years professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical and healthcare industry with evidence of career progression.Demonstrable knowledge of pharmaceutical Sales/Commercial Operations including but not limited to: Call Planning, Sales Force Effectiveness Analysis, Targeting, Segmentation, Geographic Territory Alignments, Sales Force Sizing & Structures, and Incentive Compensation.In-depth understanding of IQVIA data assets and the IQVIA core offerings.Excellent project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills.Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the life sciences industry.Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area.Experience analyzing pharmaceutical commercial data sources, trends and market dynamics and drawing actionable conclusions.Demonstrable ability to draw significant relevant insights from potentially complex analyses or data sets and to effectively package and communicate those findings to clients.Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills.Possesses the necessary subject matter expertise and project management skills able to effectively manage projects across multiple centers of excellence.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $68,300.00 - $170,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
