What You’ll Be Doing
Global Money Operations’, Payments Transformation Team helps synthesize technology and process strategy across channels, products, and multiple businesses for CIBC employees. The Consultant, Payments Transformation will work in a specialized team to support and execute the ISO Repository and Payments Tracking Application. Working with various groups across the organization, the Consultant will be deliver the ability to connect new payment sources to our end clients (internal and external), furthering the ability to draw efficiencies and insights from the data. The Consultant will ensure the strategy supports compliance, regulatory, and business requirements.

How You’ll Succeed
Provide expert consulting services to team members both internal and external by leading process/technical development or guidance on alternatives when problems are encountered with project delivery and production
Build and manage relationships across the organization with a wide variety of groups;
Synthesize complex problems or statements and communicate them effectively for wide and non-technical audiences;
Have knowledge and experience in payments (Wires, eTransfers, EFT, ACH) and ISO 20022 and be able to support initiatives and production for key ISO repository application and Payments Tracking
