This role involves monitoring processes, identifying risks, evaluating performance, and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate potential issues. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._ **How you'll succeed** + **Relationship Management** - Liaise with stakeholders to support CIBC’s physical security efforts. This will include establishing lines of communication and a network of good professional relationships. Providing advice and support to various internal stakeholders on Global Security Operations. + **Improving Process Efficiency** – Identify, develop and implement routine operational process enhancements to increase the team’s efficiency. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in protective intelligence to facilitate continuous learning. Conduct regular reviews of processes, systems, and operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations + **Monitoring and Oversight** - Develop and implement monitoring frameworks, tools, and methodologies to track performance and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Conduct regular reviews of processes, systems, and operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. + **Data Analysis and Reporting** - Use data-driven approaches to recommend improvements and support decision-making. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization. Generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders. + **Training and Development -** Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team members are equipped to meet performance standards.
