Major Duties:


1. Seeking a project team player to drive initiatives within the GFS transformation & Innovation function, with a strong focus on developing creative solutions with latest tools in the industry.
2. Be able to communicate strategies, project updates, and recommendations to senior stakeholders within and outside the Fund Services unit.
3. Plan and execute daily tasks and long-term projects while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
4. Drive process improvements for Global Fund Services with focus on Financial Reporting and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Support preparation for management meetings by compiling data, drafting talking points, and creating briefing materials.
6. Develop and maintain a knowledge base for GFS Transformation & Innovation.


Requirements:


1. Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or a related discipline with at least four, typically six or more years of combined technical experience in the financial reporting and process improvement aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications and network protocols or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2. Experience in technology risk or control functions, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.
3. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient skills in using any of the below tools: Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, Xceptor
7. Preferred but not required: experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
