What You’ll Be Doing

As a Consultant on the Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement, you’ll drive the strategy and execution of digital identity capabilities that enable secure onboarding, verification, and authentication experiences across business lines and channels. You’ll lead discovery of high-impact use cases, define product roadmaps, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver scalable, enterprise-wide solutions. You’ll combine elements of product ownership, internal consulting, and change management to shape CIBC’s digital identity strategy and enable secure, seamless banking experiences. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role with exposure across the bank and strong alignment to transformation initiatives.

At CIBC, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.
