**What You'll Do**
+ **Order & Customer Management:** Process customer orders, resolve complaints, and ensure delivery timelines.

**Key Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
+ 4+ years in sales operations, customer support, or similar roles (FMCG experience preferred).
+ Strong knowledge of sales systems, databases, and analytics tools.
