We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals for the Consultant position who want to develop their careers in healthcare consulting.

As a Consultant, you will work on diverse management consulting projects for our clients – mainly in Poland, but also across Europe.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify and solve key client challengesPrepare reports and recommendations based on proven consulting methodologiesBuild client relationships and support identification of new business opportunitiesExpand knowledge of the healthcare market and pharma industry trendsApply consulting tools and methods in life sciences projectsParticipate in training and share knowledge within the team

What we expect:

Experience in consulting or healthcare industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with large datasets and draw actionable conclusionsExcellent command of Polish and English, and proficiency in MS OfficeStrong communication and teamwork skills

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 158 500,00 zł - 294 300,00 zł. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
