Job DescriptionTo attend to customer queries, hand up cheque books, transaction cards (e.g. ATM, Credit Cards), Statements and to identify customer needs and cross sell Bank products as required. To migrate to more appropriate channels or segments clients upon positive identification of the Customer’s needs.
QualificationsType of Qualification: First Degree
Experience Required
2 - 3 years
Experience in customer service, sales, or account management roles at branch and should have demonstrated ability to handle client inquiries, complaints, and provide tailored solutions.
Proven track record of managing client relationships effectively. Experience in acting as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce. Should have experience with all the online banking system and knowledge of how-to onboard clients to use these services offered by the bank.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and have ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
