This position requires close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as cross-functional team members, to help develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year strategy for ATM replacements across the network. The Consultant, Business Effectiveness uses independent judgement to provide guidance to project teams, applying a comprehensive, conceptual and practical understanding of the area of specialization to a wide range of business and technical situations while analyzing business performance. In addition to the hardware Evergreen program, the role will support additional initiatives within the ATM & Cash Distribution Solutions team, including project implementation, DOE financial oversight, data analysis to inform the channel roadmap, and assistance with the development and maintenance of strategic documents and roadmap materials. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._ **How you’ll succeed** + **Change management and communication –** Communicate updates, impacts, and readiness plans to applicable stakeholders clearly and effectively. Support the development of business cases, project plans, presentations and tracking of outcomes for continuous improvement. + **Solution design –** advise on client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements and quality assurance. + **Financials management** – Support in managing the ATM hardware Evergreen budget and support in providing financial oversight for DOE projects + **Data analysis** – Leverage comprehensive data analysis to inform strategic decision-making, enabling the organization to achieve targeted business outcomes and drive continuous improvement + **Relationship building –** Leverage advanced negotiation and interpersonal skills to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders across channels, driving mutually beneficial outcomes. **Who you are** + **You have a degree/diploma in** Business, and/or a related field, and you’ve spent at least 3 years in a role leading projects and designing solutions. It’s an asset if you have experience in the ATM space. + **You have experience working with technology projects,** whether working in technology on the execution side or on the business side as a subject matter expert. + **You act like an owner.** You thrive when you're empowered to take initiative, go above and beyond, and deliver results. + **You know that details matter.** You notice things that others don't.
